Baptisia ‘Purple Smoke’
Long-lived plant with smoky purple flowers with a purple eye. Enchanting flowers of smoky purple with a deep purple eye opens first at the base of the flower stalk which can top out at 4.5 feet. Attractive, gray-green foliage. Very long blooming. Attracts butterflies. Deer resistant.

This is a natural hybrid of Baptisia australis and Baptisia alba.
