Artichoke – Green Plant

Artichoke – Green. A brilliant and huge centerpiece in the garden. Needs a long season to produce.  But these seedlings have been vernalized during the winter to give you a jump on the season!

We grow our artichokes in the greenhouse, where they act as perennials, producing a nice crop of “chokes” for about 4 years. They do need lots of space and nutrients to produce well.

All of our plants and seedlings are grown organically and are timed size-wise and transplanted for optional growth and production.
