Description

An incredible tropical annual. The Zanzibar plant achieves massive sizes in a single growing season, but it is not tolerant of frost, so in most areas it is grown as an annual.

Seeds are poisonous – but rarely ripen in this area due to frost. I cut them off and discard them before they ripen.
