Courses and Workshops Refund Policies

Our policy is no refunds.

Courtesy: If you register for a workshop but cannot make it to the class...we understand—things happen.

But, please, do give us the courtesy of a call or email letting us know that you cannot make it! Especially during the growing season, every minute counts for us, and we often run workshops with very few participants. So we may find ourselves first getting all prepped and ready for you and then sitting around waiting for you to show up. This is a very hurtful waste of farming time. So do let us know if you aren't going to show up!

Other notes on refunds: We may be able to let you use the workshop fee as credit toward another workshop or for when the original workshop you signed up for runs again. But we CANNOT offer credit if you don't give us at least a day's notice that you won't be able to attend.

But again, our policy is no refunds.

Rescheduling and Cancellations

We usually send out an email reminder a day or so before the workshop. If there is bad weather or cancellation for some other reason, we will let you know through email.

So be sure to check your email!

Terms of Service

Legal Notice

Privacy Policy

Shipping and Delivery

At this time, Midsummer Farm does NOT ship plants. Plants are sold for PICK UP ONLY in at our farm adress in Warwick, NY. Herbal salves and some other merchandise can be shipped to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. Additionally, Midsummer Farm ships merchandise to Canada and Mexico, but not to other international locations. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

International

Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details.

Shipping laws are different in each country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to verify whether the country to which you are shipping permits the shipment of your products. Midsummer Farm is not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages that arise from improper international shipping practices.

Sales Tax

Midsummer Farm charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this Web site based on the applicable state sales tax rate and the location to which the order is being shipped.
