Used extensively in Traditional Chinese Medicine for treating damp-heat. Also has anti-inflammatory actions, and is an effective anti-bacterial for several strains of Staph and strep.
Hardy and easy to grow – can spread. Harvest entire aerial parts of the plant for medicinal use.
Leaves are a silvery green, fine and feathery. Highly fragrant. Red stems.
Full sun and well drained soil.
