Endive – Belgium plants (3.25″ pot)

Belgium Endive involves a long process to grow… but it is fun and well worth it as the fresh chinchons are absolutely fabulous compared to the store-bought ones! This involves growing a season-long plant in the garden, harvesting the roots, and growing them in the dark inside during the late fall and winter. Can be a fun process!
