I call this Frilly Yarrow – A striking 2 foot tall ball-shaped perennial plant of white flowers- unlike normal yarrows, these are single flowers and the petal arrangement is quite diverse – a great cut flower and dried flower. Blooms all summer if flowers are cut regularly. Full sun and easy and fast growing. Hardy perennial.
