Eggplant – Rosa Bianca (3.25″ pot)

Pink and white Italian heirloom. Fruits are round, about 4-6 inches long and 5-7 inches in diameter – the fruit is streaked with white and violet. Plump and lightly ribbed at times. Taste is mild and creamy. Can be tricky to grow – needs warm nights. Cool nights will result in low yields, but worth the risk if you are looking for a very traditional Italian eggplant!
