Dandelion Greens – ‘Barba di Cappuccino’ Plants (3.25″ pot)

Description

These are actually a type of chicory that looks and tastes a lot like wild Dandelions. Although not as strongly medicinal as wild dandelion (Taraxacum officinale), chicory is a highly nutritious bitter green and very easy to grow in any garden.

Tha Barba di Cappuccio are probably my favorite dandelion green for salads. Leaves are nice and tender – and the plants are cute – squatty, almost bushy, and full-leafed.
