A wonderful radicchio – light green with a bright sprinkling of pink and burgundy splashes.

Radicchios can be a bit tricky to grow but well worth it as the freshly harvested radicchio heads – or chinchons – are absolutely fabulous compared to the store-bought ones! Planting in mid/late summer for fall harvesting is probably best around here…
