Cauliflower – Orange Plant (3.25″ pot)

Description

Flame Star Orange Cauliflower. This is very similar to the common variety called Cheddar; Flame Star is a bit paler than Cheddar, but we find Flame Star is a bit more dependable.

Usually 2 seedlings per pot.

We only grow hybrid cauliflower varieties now – the heirloom varieties have just been too hard to grow in this area. It is very important to provide cauliflower with plenty of well-balanced compost. We also use heavy mulching of broken-down manure for additional percolating nutrients.

All of our plants and seedlings are grown organically and are timed size-wise and transplanted for optional growth and production.
