Erba Stella Plantain (3.25″ pot)

Description

Erba Stella, also called Staghorn Plantain and Herba Stella, is related closely to plantain and has a lot of the same medicinal qualities. It has a tender leaf though which makes it a great salad green. Very interesting shaped narrow leaves that branch out like stag’s horns.
