Hardneck / Porcelain-style (very large cloves – about 4-7 per bulb)

Music is the main garlic variety we grow – it is highly productive, forming large bulbs even if I neglect the weeding a bit … performs even better with attentive care. Perfectly cold-hardy.

Bold, well-rounded flavor with balanced heat, and attractive rosy colored clove skins, quite easy to peel. Stores for a long time – supposedly 9-12 months, although we eat it way before then!

The Music variety was brought from Italy into Canada in the 1980s by farmer, Al Music.
