Traditional tea consumed and sold throughout Greece to treat the common cold. Anti-inflammatory properties; research into anti-arthritic and antimicrobial uses is ongoing.

Plants thrive on sunny, rocky, dry hillsides. Gets about 20” tall, with attractive grey-woolly leaves. Needs well-0drained and sunny spot – tender perennial.
