Description
Lonicera periclymenum ‘Serotina’ (Late Dutch Honeysuckle) is a fast-growing, deciduous, woody, twining vine known for its intense fragrance and bicolor blooms. It features crimson-purple buds that open to creamy-white, tubular, pink-tinged flowers, lasting from midsummer to early frost. This hardy, 10–20 ft. climber is ideal for fences, trellises, or pergolas.
Prefers full sun for maximum blooming, but tolerates light shade.
Thrives in moist, well-drained, humus-rich soil, but is drought-tolerant once established.
Hardy in USDA Zones 4-10.
