Horseradish (quart pot)

Description

Horseradish is an easy-to-grow perennial. It will naturalize into a large clump, from which you can dig under and harvest roots. I harvest roots toward the end of each summer and freeze them. Frozen roots are much easier and quicker to grate on a fine grater and you can enjoy fresh horseradish flavor any time you want!
