Although I am completely in love with my gigantically tall non-cultivar Joe Pyes, I totally love these short and compact ones – they tend to be 2-3 feet tall – they have so many more opportunities for designing garden spaces…

Baby Joe has dark red stems, and feature the same shimmering pink flower heads as regular Joe Pyes. blooms are late summer and keep going into the fall. Butterflies simply adore them!

Likes sun and part-sun; not picky about soil; needs plenty of water. Hardy zones 4-8.
