Lemon Balm – Quedlinburger Variety – highly medicinal.

Will spread a bit – but relatively easy to manage if you actively harvest. In high summer, leaves will start getting smaller and darker green and flowers will follow soon after. I usually give the plants a strong trim at this point, cutting it about 1-2 inches from soil level. It will grow back fast – and the leaves will be larger and brighter green with better flavor.

All of our plants and seedlings are grown organically and are timed size-wise and transplanted for optional growth and production.
