Truly giant leaves – this is a classic Chinese green-leaf mustard. Leaves can reach 3 feet long by 1.5 feet wide. Succulent leaves and thick, crunchy white midribs. The flavor is more sweet and mild than other mustards.  Great for pickles, stir fry and steaming.
