This mustard is named after where it was first cultivated, Shuidong, Guangdong Province, China.

This mustard is all about the chunky juicy stalks. Crisp, tender, and mild in flavor. Leaves also remain sweet in flavor compared to other leafy-style mustards. Great in garlicky stir-fries.
