Onion – Purplette (3.25″ pot)

Description

Purplette onions can be harvested at any size. Gets slightly elongated and would be considered a medium-sized onion. Good storage too, although I really love these eaten fresh out of the garden, spring onion style – like scalions.

A versatile and wonderful onion!

Leeks and onions are sold in clumps or groups of sets for transplanting. Simply shake them out of the pot and place 4″ apart into your garden or bed.

All of our plants and seedlings are grown organically and are timed size-wise and transplanted for optional growth and production.
