Radicchio – Botteniga (3.25″ pot)

Description

Botteniga is a Rosso di Treviso or  Tardivo type radicchio.

Radicchios can be a bit tricky to grow but well worth it as the freshly harvested radicchio heads – or chinchons – are absolutely fabulous compared to the store-bought ones! Planting in mid/late summer for fall harvesting is probably best around here…
