White blooms dusted with plum…

Snapdragons are classic cut flowers and garden flowers. They attract pollinators and work well as companion plants. Quite easy to grow – they definitely appreciate some staking or support. Prefer cooler weather – they’ll thrive in early summer, may pause a bit during the height of summer, then start blooming again in earnest in fall. I plant them on the north side of the vegetable plants to give them a bit of shade in midsummer

Flowers are edible – and are so fun to use as garnishes – they do have a slightly bitter and floral flavor though, so just be aware…
